Irene "Renie" Reed’s work is focused primarily on oil and gas transactional and title matters. She has extensive paralegal and legal secretary experience, having started her career with Andrews Kurth, and has worked for some of the preeminent oil and gas law firms of Texas. Her work has included support in both litigation and transactional matters.
Ms. Reed's experience in oil and gas goes back to the 1980’s, when she met Donald G. Sinex. They have worked together extensively over the years in numerous oil and gas title and transactional matters, including title examination, divisions of interest, and related document preparation.
