Since 1981, Mr. Rosie has represented numerous independent oil & gas companies. Since then, Mr. Rosie has prepared thousands of title opinions in countless counties across the State of Texas, ranging from far West Texas to the piney woods of East Texas, and from the Texas panhandle down to the Rio Grande Valley.
Mr. Cummings has been Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1987. Mr. Cummings’ recognitions include: being selected as a Texas Super Lawyer for oil and gas law from 2003 through 2020, listed as one of the Top 100 Houston Area Super Lawyers in 2006, named the “Go-To Lawyer” by Texas Lawyer for Energy in 2007, selected by U. S.
